We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse ME for a Pediatric Clinic to join UAE Hospitals. As a Staff Nurse ME in a Pediatric Clinic at UAE Hospitals, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients. You will work closely with the healthcare team to deliver safe and effective care, ensure patient comfort, and promote overall well-being.

Responsibilities

Assess and triage pediatric patients, providing initial care and vital sign measurements Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures Monitor patient progress, document observations, and communicate with healthcare team members Provide patient and family education, offering support and guidance Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain professional knowledge and competencies

Requirements

Valid RN license in the ME region Minimum of [X] years of experience in a pediatric clinic or similar setting Strong knowledge of pediatric nursing practices and procedures Experience in administering pediatric medications and treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Ability to prioritize and multitask, while maintaining attention to detail Basic computer skills for documentation and record keeping Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting a positive healthcare experience A team player with a positive and compassionate attitude
