Home Care Nurse
Job Description
We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurses to join our team. As a Home Care Nurse at UAE Hospitals and Centers, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing quality care and support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' health conditions, developing personalized care plans, providing skilled nursing services, and educating patients and their families on managing their health conditions at home. Responsibilities
Perform initial assessments of patient's health conditions and develop individualized care plans Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions, medications, and any necessary lifestyle modifications Collaborate with the patient's healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and the achievement of desired outcomes Document patient care and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards of nursing practice
Requirements
Valid nursing license Proven experience in home care nursing or a similar role Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures and techniques Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families Basic computer skills for documentation purposes Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
