SearchPlus HR is a leading HR consulting firm and we are currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated Consultant/Specialist Pediatrics to join our team. As a Consultant/Specialist Pediatrics at SearchPlus HR, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. In this position, you will diagnose and treat various pediatric conditions, ranging from common illnesses to complex medical cases. You will conduct thorough examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans for each patient. Your expertise in pediatrics and commitment to delivering high-quality care will make a positive impact on the lives of young patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive medical consultations and examinations on infants, children, and adolescents Diagnose and treat various pediatric conditions, including but not limited to respiratory infections, growth disorders, and childhood illnesses Prescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions based on accurate diagnosis and patient needs Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care Educate and provide guidance to patients, parents, and caregivers on child development, nutrition, and preventive healthcare measures Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in pediatrics through continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist in Pediatrics Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various pediatric conditions Strong knowledge of pediatric principles, practices, and treatment options Expertise in comprehensive medical consultations and examinations for infants, children, and adolescents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with young patients, parents, and colleagues Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex medical issues in children Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and continuous professional development
